A treat with a treat

So what is afternoon tea? Traditionally, it is a serving of a pot of tea along with a range of small sandwiches, scones and cakes. The sandwiches are usually finger-sized and delicate, with a range of fillings. Scones come with cream and jam, and are light and fluffy, almost melting in the mouth. And the cakes…well, the cakes. Sweet, lip-smacking and moreish. Need we say more?

Afternoon tea and bubbles is served in our in-house restaurant, No 1 Bistro. As much as we can, all ingredients are sourced locally. Some even come from our own garden! You can’t get fresher than that.
